Today, we not only read about how Peter would deny the Lord but we also learned of the death of a friend who seemed to love the treasures he had built on the earth more than eternal investments.
The only true way to build eternal investments, or treasures, is accept the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and live a Sacrificial Life For The Lord during our life.
We may not always honor Christ as we should, but we can easily confess our sins and return to honoring those things which last for eternity rather than the material things we accumulate on earth.
This is Called Cleansing or Confessing or sins. 1 John 1:9.
