What is the difference between morality and values

Values are defined by a finite individuals choice.
Morality is not defined by a infinite individual choice. But,
Morality is defined by an infinite beings choice
To have morality there must be someone who knows everything.
This is what Jesus said He is the truth. He is saying that he knows everything and has come to tell us what is truly true truth.
The Bible also states that he is the Light.

I Am the Light of the World

12 Again Jesus spoke to them, saying,
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” 13 So the Pharisees said to him, “You are bearing witness about yourself; your testimony is not true.” 14 ....“Even if I do bear witness about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going, but you do not know where I come from or where I am going. 1Yet even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for it is not I alone who judge, but I and the Father[a] who sent me.

44Then Jesus cried out,

“Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me. 46I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.
47“If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.
